You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as provided by the applicable legislation.
What are the requirements for a return to be accepted?
The product must not have been damaged or altered by you.
You must include the shipping packaging along with all protective materials.
No tag or label should have been removed.
Along with the product and its packaging, you must also include the invoice or purchase receipt, as well as all relevant accompanying documents such as the warranty or user manual.
You then complete the return form and send the product back to us, together with all the above items, securely packaged.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return policy cannot be applied.
Discounted products can only be exchanged for other discounted items, and refunds are not available.
What if the product is defective?
Once you send your purchase back to us, the responsible department will proceed with an inspection. If damage is confirmed, we will either replace the product or repair it at no cost to you.

Submitting a return request is a very simple process: you only need to enter the Order Number, the Reason for the return, and the Action you would like us to take.
Who is responsible for the shipping cost?
If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you received the wrong item, the shipping cost is covered by our company.
If you have changed your mind, or if you choose to return the product using a different courier than the one we collaborate with, the shipping cost is your responsibility.
How is the refund processed?
