PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices apply to the quantities available in our warehouse, while b2b.bdrako.gr reserves the right to adjust prices.
For certain regions of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply, and provided that your order is invoiced, the product prices are lower than those listed, by the amount of the reduced VAT.
MISCELLANEOUS
Availability: For all products included in the bdrako.gr catalogues there are clear indications regarding the availability of our warehouse stock. This allows you to easily determine, before placing your order, which of our products are available and ready for immediate delivery, which products are not currently in stock but are expected to be received from our suppliers on a specified date, and which products are unavailable with the exact restocking date still pending supplier confirmation. Nevertheless, you may submit your order even for products that are not currently in stock, and we will contact you via email and/or telephone within a reasonable timeframe to inform you of the estimated date of receipt from the supplier and the subsequent delivery to you. In such cases, if you consider the estimated timeframe unsatisfactory, you may request the cancellation of the order for the specific product.
In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery timeframe for your order also depends on the availability of the products in our warehouse.
Additionally, we offer you the option to choose whether you prefer to receive all products— which, due to differing availability, may have different delivery times— in a single shipment to the delivery address at the latest possible date once all items are ready to be handed over to the courier service, or to receive them through partial deliveries depending on when each item becomes available for dispatch.
- Force Majeure: If, due to reasons of force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we are unable to deliver the products within the predetermined timeframe, we will notify you via email so that you may inform us whether, under these circumstances, you still wish to proceed with the completion of your order.
- Liability of bdrako.gr: bdrako.gr bears no liability (with respect to products not manufactured or packaged by Pithia — that is, products that do not bear the ‘Pithia’ brand name) for defects or poor quality in the products it makes available to its customers. The products are received from suppliers already packaged. However, if any defective item is demonstrably found within the delivered quantities, you retain the right to return it, with the option of having it replaced at our shipping expense or receiving a refund.”
“bdrako.gr is not liable for an organized hacker attack aimed at stealing users’ personal data. Even in such a case, credit card users remain protected, as the system does not store the CVV code of the cards and all transactions are carried out within the bank’s secure environment. - Advertising Messages: bdrako.gr offers its users the option to receive information about new products released on the market, as well as any offers, payment arrangements, and similar updates, through the sending of promotional or informational messages to their email or postal address, or by telephone. bdrako.gr will not misuse this service. Users are always provided with the option to discontinue receiving promotional messages.
